They were showcasing another new collection by Ramesh Dembla at Club Mantra, the new hotspot on Residency Road.
The fashion show choreographed by Jackie Shetty and Pashmeena Barker saw models walking stylishly in Ramesh’s Krishna Dembla designs.“I’ve had shows in India and abroad and am thrilled that Ronn Moss of The Bold & Beautiful fame appreciated my creations,” says Ramesh, who specialises in indo-western clothes, jewellery and accessories.
Excited about the event, Shafik and Joseph, partners, Club Mantra said that their club has a spiritual feel with a dash of western style. And dressed in this laid-back ambience, Bangaloreans get to bask in the lounge section replete with dance floor. The minds behind Club Mantra are also planning an international sky lounge which will serve continental and Chinese cuisine.
There’s more. “Coming up next week is an artificial cave with a hookah section. On these wintry nights, you could also feel warm with a bonfire and karaoke nights that will transport you to a different world,” says Shafik.
