ET INSPIRING LEADERS AWARDS 2025: ET Inspiring Leaders Awards 2025 – North, organised by Optimal Media Solutions (a division of Times Internet Limited), took place on September 19 at Hotel Holiday Inn City Centre Jaipur (Hospitality Partner) with Vijay Udyog as Kitchen Partner The winners of the “ET Inspiring Leaders Awards – North India 2025”, were announced at an event held on September 19, at Holiday Inn, City Centre, Jaipur and associated by Myteam11. The event was graced by Bollywood actress and producer Urmila Matondkar as the chief guest. Vijay Udyog was the Kitchen Partner and Hotel Holiday Inn as the esteemed Hospitality Partner. The awards honoured winners across diverse sectors including Jewellery, Education, Healthcare, Real Estate, Energy, Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Fashion, Décor, IT, art & music, consumer durable and Humanitarian Work, among others. The se lection of individuals and businesses was con ducted through a rigorous, scientific process led by Avance Insights Pvt. Ltd, an independent market research firm. SURVEY - METHODOLOGY The objective of this research was to conduct a survey, assess and evaluate the probable nominations and recommend the final list of recipients for the coveted ET- Inspiring Leaders North-2025. Avance Insights has developed a nominee assessment form and an objective analytical framework to assess the nominees for ET- Inspiring Leaders North-2025in various categories. In addition, feedback of each nominee was assessed through multiple tools such as social media profile scan and customers/ colleagues or public feedback. All data was objectively analysed to as sess the eligibility and suitability of the nominee for the award. Based on the final assessment, results were drawn in respective categories. The study was conducted in the North starting from the 2nd week of August 2025.
