Designer Mini Bindra recently showcased her latest collection, “Lawns of Pakistan”, from her fashion label Rubaaiyat. The three day exhibition was held at DLF Emporio from April 3 - 5.
The avant-garde collection by Mini brings in a new wave of fashion sensibility where designer wear and other custom-made clothing are made affordable. Her collection showcases the lawn ensembles of Pakistani designers such as Sobia Nazir, Sana Safi Naz, Asim Jofa, Shamaeel Ansari and lawns of famous Pakistani brands like Threads and Motifs, Crescent, Vaneeza, Lakhani, Firdous and Rijas.

Mini said, “Cotton was never considered usable for designer wear in Indian market and was always known as an everyday wear fabric. We felt a need to change the perception, hence, the changes are here for everyone to see. The tailoring concepts we use are unmatched and unique in the Indian market and our customised trousseau collection was a super hit last season.” She added, “To showcase our equally strong design concept for summer, we are here with our new Summer Collection.”
The three day fashion parade also saw the best of Delhi’s social circuit.
