This cast party was for a play

Bollywood is known for hosting cast parties, be it before or after the film’s release. But, Shivani Wazir Pasrich decided to be a little hatke, and she hosted a cast party for her upcoming play.
And although, the do saw a rather small gathering, going by Delhi’s party standards, the evening was lively with a live painting session on.
SAME PINCH: When artiste Charu Shankar walked in, there was a feeling of déjà vu in the air.And when she met Shivani, she laughed and screamed, “Hey! Same to same.” Charu and Shivani, were wearing identical tops.
THEATRE VS COURTROOM: When we asked Shivani’s husband, Amir, how much of a theatre person he is, he said, “I’m lawyer and the courtroom is like a theatre only. Like in the theatre everything depends on the actor’s performance and audiences’ mood, in the courtroom everything depends on the lawyer’s dialogue delivery.”
BIWI HO TOH AISI: TV actor Sanjit Bedi was trying his hand at painting and said, “I just realised that I’m a rather good painter. My parents wasted me completely.” So, has this session inspired him enough to take up the art? “No, for whenever I try and take up something different, my wife tells me, ‘Darling, don’t give up your day job,’” he said.
