Steve Waugh announces collaboration between Sporting Edge and Shri Infratech in Delhi

Waugh in the capital: Former cricketer Steve Waugh was recently in the capital and recalled his fond memories of India from previous trips. He was here to announce the collaboration between his venture, Sporting Edge, and Indian realty company Shri Infratech, for a residential project called Cricket County in Lucknow.
Manoj Dwivedi, CMD, Shri Infratech, said, “The luxury residential township will have sporting amenities and provide training facilities to budding sportspersons in games like cricket, tennis, swimming and badminton.We’ve signed an agreement with Waugh’s company as we want to build a brand around it.”
Talking shop: Here too, Waugh ended up discussing the Ashes series and other cricket issues. Also present were Kunal Banerji and Rishi Arora, director, Shri Infratech.
