If you ain���t participating in the Cooking Fiesta, a part of the Times Delhi Festival, rest assured you are missing out on a big chance to hone your culinary skills.
On the second day of the Cooking Fiesta, the participants got a chance to learn how to make some lip-smacking Bengali cuisine and kebabs.
Bhaskar Dasgupta, chef-in-charge at Oh! Calcutta, a restaurant that specialises in Bengali cuisine, taught the participants some crab preparations.

Ravleen Kochhar, a student, said, ���I had attended a session yesterday, and I liked it so much that I decided to attend this one as well.��� Meena Chatterjee, a Sindhi married to a Bengali, said, ���I���m going to try the crab recipe tomorrow itself.���
The excitement was palpable at The Great Kabab Factory, Radisson Hotel, where chef Meraj-ul-Haque made some amazing kebab recipes. The chef who knows how to make almost 350 kinds of kebabs, said, ���It was a great experience to be a part of the Cooking Fiesta. I got to interact with many inquisitive women, who love food.���
