Sidharth Agarwal and Tanisha tie the knot in Delhi

Mumbai guy meets Delhi girl and cupid strikes. That’s the story of Sidharth, son of businessman Alok Agarwal and Tanisha, daughter of Deepi Singh, who is in the hospitality business. Friends of the young couple came to attend the wedding and brought along loads of masti. They were seen carrying Sidharth to his chair and complimenting Tanisha on how pretty she looked.
Tanya Shetty, a model, told us, “I am Sidharth’s childhood friend.I was the first one to know about Tanisha – Sidharth told me about her, and I knew when he started with ‘There’s this girl...’ Tanisha is a very sweet girl. I wish them lots of happiness.”
Actor Shiv Darshan, who has known the groom for last 16-17 years, said, “He is very candid person.” Film producer, events whiz and Bollywood biggie Karim Morani also attended the wedding with wife Zara and daughters Zoa and Shaza. Apart from the wedding, Zoa, an actress herself, was also excited to be in the capital. “I just love this city,” she said.
Needless to say, it was a big day for the parents, and also an emotional one. Alok explained, “Now that my son is getting married, I feel a tinge of sadness – he’s all grown up. But we also feel happy that a daughter is coming to our home.”
Talking about her daughter’s wedding, Tanisha’s mother Deepi said, “She has always liked to be independent and focused. She informed me about Sidharth and today, my princess is getting married. She rightly deserves to come in a palanquin.” Singers and musicians from Mumbai also performed here.
