Sanjay Khan attends Indian Open Polo Championship in Delhi

The mild winter sun in the sky, the nip in the air, and oodles of glam on the field – the finals of the Indian Open Polo Championship 2013 couldn’t have asked for more.
In an upset of sorts, Samir Suhag’s Sahara Warriors beat Naveen Jindal’s Jindal Panthers to claim the cup for the first time. The losing team has won the trophy thrice in the last decade.
Besides Indian players, the match also saw a considerable foreign presence, with several international polo players part of the teams. During the tread-in, spectators joined the organisers in stomping the divots and evening out the ground.
