With close friends, customary dance performances and hushed political discussions among guests, the Russian Embassy celebrated its National Day in the capital on Wednesday. The event, which had Rajkumar Ranjan Singh, MoS for External Affairs and Education, as the chief guest, saw some festive fireworks, too. While the absence of most European envoys was evident due to the ongoing RussiaUkraine war, the do was attended by ambassadors from countries like Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Yemen, Qatar and Mozambique.
