A two-day carnival for kids to celebrate Rakhi is all set to be talk.In association with House of Secrets, the second edition of Kids' Rakhi Fest ­ Pamper,Eat,Shop,Play will be held on August 22 and 23, making it a weekend filled with fun and excitement.
