Play & pyaar
One of the first things that Kalki Koechlin says on stage, in her play, is Im hungry.
Bhookh lagi: And that was what Kalki was saying even after the play ended. The Dev.D actress was in Delhi with her theatre group, and director-producer boyfriend Anurag Kashyap, to stage the play shes co-written and performs with Prashant Prakash.
Yawwwn: Anurag, who was all business before the play began (No flash! he thundered at the shutterbugs), was completely relaxed and extremely sleepy when it ended.

Yawning and lounging lazily in the theatre, he signed autograph after autograph. Kalki, at a lecture that he gave the day before to another bunch of cinema students, said shes hardly signed any, even after Dev.D. Yeh toh star hai, she said sportingly, and in pretty good Hindi for someone whos more comfortable in Tamil.
Prankster: Anurag turned out to be quite a prankster too. He misplaced his bag for a second, and said he sometimes scares passengers at airports with the baggage trick. Ill be standing at the baggage carousel, and when the guy next to me picks up his bag, I say, Ay! Thats my bag! Imagine a guy like me, scaring someone like that! he laughed.
Food, food! That was the warcry bhookh lagi. Guys! Can we go out and have some Delhi food? Kalki asked, as the group Sujay, Prashant, Nayantara, Rachel, Haider and Anurag chorused back, Yes! Yes! They wanted to have either Mughlai or good ol American food, and they decided in favour of Mughlai. They wanted to go to Nizamuddin, but they were told that it might be very busy, considering it was a weekend, so they decided to head to Old Delhi instead.
Mystery: The mystery, however, was because of something Anurag had said in his lecture the day before More people in Delhi watch my films. Anurag youll have to explain why Delhi loves your films more than Mumbai does!
