A unique blend of Odissi and Hindustani classical vocal recital is what awaits Dilliwallahs at Siri Fort Auditorium this evening.
Noted Odissi danseuse, Sonal Mansingh, will present Rasananda ��� with a repertoire of seven musicians and three dancers. ���The composite presentation, focussing on the rasas, will have a mixture of Bollywood songs presented in juxtaposition to pieces from Ramayana.

It will also include Devastuti and parts from the life and times of Krishna,��� says Sonal, talking about her performance this evening.
Jaiteerath Mevundi, of the Kirana Gharana, will also present Thumri and bhajans. ���I shall be taking forward the parampara of the Gharana and present compositions that will be appreciated by all,��� says he. Talking of appreciation, Mevundi also adds, ���I am looking forward to performing at the Times Delhi Festival, since my experience of performing in Delhi have been pleasant. Delhi ki audience mein kuchh khaas baat hai. Yahan ka atmoshpere hi alag hai.���
