Nandini, AD Singh's fashionable do!

That’s what this do seemed like, with the pristine white ambience, pleasant weather and the fashionably turned out guests! Hosted by Nandini Bhalla, editor of the fashion magazine Grazia, along with AD Singh, the party, as expected, started early and ended late. Nandini said, “We are celebrating Indian fashion here today.” By the time we got to know that AD had especially flown from Mumbai for the do, two other guests from there, Sanchita Ajjampur and Neeta Lulla, too had made an entry here.
DOSTANA UNLIMITED: The atmosphere was quite ‘friendly’ – some guests carpooled and came with friends; others brought friends along, and some more stuck only with friends! Alpana and Neeraj were seen with Atsu Sekhose and told us that they’ve recently shifted to his neighbourhood. Meanwhile, Ramneek Pantal had come along with sister Sukhmani, who in turn had brought her friend Aakash. A little distance away, Namrata Joshipura was reminiscing about the days gone by with Pankaj and Nidhi, when Nandita Basu joined them and we were told that Namrata’s friendship with Manish Arora goes back to her college days!
MIDSUMMER’S WHITE DREAM: Among the sea of well-tailored dresses and perfect hairdos, guests dressed in white provided the perfect respite from the discussions on appropriate colours for evening dos. As Aparna Chandra and Malini Ramani sauntered in with Joey Matthews in tow, the shutterbugs went in a flurry to catch the prized moment! Mandira Wirk too had arrived in a ‘little white dress’ and said, “I thought of wearing a glamourous outfit earlier, but then decided against it, because the weather made me change my mind. White is just the shade for tonight.”
