This competition reminded me of my college days: Sanya
The competition made Sanya reminisce about her college days. “I got quite nostalgic because I have done things like this in my college as well and I have enjoyed it all. It takes a lot of courage to come on stage and perform. I think all the finalists were wonderful with their performances and the way they answered all the questions,” she said and advised students to not take things too seriously. Sanya also danced with the finalists before announcing the winners.
Sangram encouraged the finalists and told them not to get disheartened even if they did not win. But before giving his motivating gyaan to students, Sangram tried some of his weightlifting techniques on Yash Khatri, who was the emcee for the evening. Talking about the contestants, he said, “It is amazing to see that youngsters in Delhi have so much talent I would just want to tell all participants that the winner is not just the one who is awarded, but also the one who never gives up and gives his hundred per cent to whatever he does.”
Akhil even went backstage and met a contestant who was a bit nervous during the first round. After the talent round, when Akhil was invited on the stage, he was requested by the audience to sing a few lines from his song Humsafar, and the singer happily agreed. “This competition reminded me of my college days. It was so great coming here and getting to watch all these extremely talented kids.”
