After the grand success of Miss Diva 2013, the pageant’s official designer for gowns, Mandira Wirk, held a private viewing of her collection in association with Damiani Jewellery at the Oberoi in New Delhi.
The chic gowns on display were created exclusively for the pageant. During the evening, baubles from Damiani Jewellery were also showcased. Miss Diva 2013 Manasi Moghe, who will represent India at the Miss Universe pageant in Moscow this November, graced the event in an elegant gold gown by Mandira, which featured a sensuous and feminine flounce.

Sujata Assomull Sippy, Tanisha Mohan, Shabnam Singhal, Shalu Jindal, Ramola Bachchan, Surita Tandon, Niki Mahajan and Devika Sahni and Devayani Khosla, sales director of the jewellery brand, were seen in attendance at the do.
About the collection, Mandira said, “I’ve used a colour palette of champagne tones. The sensuous gowns enhance the personality of these beautiful divas.” Added Manasi, “I like being a woman in a man’s world. Wearing this gown makes me feel like a princess.”
The designer’s label has evolved over the past 13 years as a brand that has been groomed with an exquisite sense of luxury and modernism — symbolic of subtlety, femininity and romanticism. The brand has a variety that expresses a consistency in its sensuous cuts, elegant detailing and impeccable quality. Mandira will be showcasing her bridal collection, inspired by Jaipur architecture, at the upcoming India Bridal Fashion Week in Mumbai this October. The collection is an amalgamation of opulence, elegance, beauty, royalty and craftsmanship.
