Though the days leading to the finals saw a lot of unexpected rain, which even led to the cancellation of a few matches, the sun shone bright on this day, which meant that it was the perfect polo weather.

The game was divided into three parts, where the three teams participated in two-chukker games. At the end of the third game, the finalists were tied at two goals each, and were ultimately declared joint winners.
