JDMC hosts its Founder’s Day celebrations

Janki Devi Memorial College (JDMC) hosted its Founder’s Day celebrations recently. Vice President Venkaiah Naidu and the Vice Chancellor of Delhi University, Yogesh Kumar Tyagi, were special guests at the event. The Vice President acknowledged JDMC’s contribution to women’s empowerment.

In keeping with the environment conscious traditions of college, each guest planted a sapling.After the lighting of lamp, there was a classical dance performance by a student from the Indian classical dance society of JDMC.
In his speech Yogesh Kumar Tyagi welcomed all first year students of JDMC and wished them a happy new session.
