It’s a Woman’s world

The chief guest of the evening was CM Sheila Dikshit. ���There are many NGOs in India that are working towards solving the problems of the women citizens.Hats off to them!��� she said.
The two actresses present came from different age groups, but shared their outlook on women. Zohra Sehgal was awarded the lifetime achievement award. She had come along with her great-granddaughter Madhyama. ���I���m so proud of her. I now understand that she has value in not just my life, but in other lives too, ��� said Madhyama.
OF THE PERFORMANCES: Lushin Dubey enacted a solo play called Bitter Chocolate, which was based on abuse of the girl child. Mallika Sarabhai performed a dance and narration on the importance of Sita.
