IP College organises a symposium on Trans Activism

​The Women's Development Cell and Queer Collective of Indraprastha College for Women organised a symposium on Trans Activism recently at the college. The speakers - Rachana Mudraboyina and Vicky Shinde - addressed a packed hall attended by students, teachers and activists. While discussion largely centered around Trans Bill and Anti-Trafficking bill, the speakers also spoke on the possibilities of annihilating gender and forging affirmative alliances. The audience was constituted by students and teachers from other colleges and universities as well.
