Fundraising event in Delhi

FOR A CAUSE: The city’s party hoppers will be in for a treat on January 14, when Khushii, an NGO, will host an Art Loot for them.
The date for this fundraising event was recently announced by Leena Singh and Kapil Dev, who hosted a small get together at DLF Emporio. When we asked Kapil about his art preferences, he said, “Cricket has been my only passion for years, but now I feel one should appreciate others talents too, and that’s why I appreciate art.”
LOOT LO: Leena said, “The event will give art lovers an opportunity to take home some of the exquisite works of art worth significantly more than what they would pay for, simply by registering and submitting their names into the Loot.”
GEEKY LOOK: Both Charu Parashar and Thenny Mejia came wearing thick black glasses.So is the geeky look the new style statement, we asked. “Not really. I do wear glasses at times,” Thenny said. For Charu, it was a matter of time. “Actually, I was running late and I couldn’t find my lenses.” she said.
