Fans enjoy a meet and greet DC cricket stars

Back from a short break, Delhi Capitals, hosted a special meet and greet session for their official fan community DC Toli before their Sunday's training session at Arun Jaitley Stadium.

Players were accorded to a rousing welcome with the beats of dhol, chants and guard of honour for their training session. Delhi Capitals stars Rishabh Pant, Ishant Sharma, Axar Patel, Kuldeep Yadav, David Warner, Tristan Stubbs, Jake Fraser-McGurk and Shai Hope along with Head Coach Ricky Ponting and Director of Cricket Sourav Ganguly interacted with the fans of Delhi Capitals. Rishabh Pant thanked DC Toli for their unwavering support.

The Delhi Capitals team participates in both, the Indian Premier League (IPL) and the Women's Premier League (WPL). Delhi Capitals was established in 2008 as Delhi Daredevils before embracing a new avatar in 2019. In 2020, the team reached its first ever final. In 2023, Delhi Capitals became one of the five founding teams to participate in the Women’s Premier League. The team reached the final in the inaugural and second edition of the tournament, ending up as the runners-up each time.
