Delhi's enjoying this cricket fever

What’s the best thing to do while sitting with a large group of friends? Well, in the season of the Indian Premier League, anything besides watching a match amounts to blasphemy!
So, there’s not a dull moment at LAP Garden, since it has begun hosting live IPL screenings with cricketing fans turning up with their sangi saathis. During the match between Team Delhi and Team Rajasthan, we caught quite a few Delhi celebrities chilling out at this haunt by Arjun Rampal.
Foodie’s delight: We saw many sampling the world cuisine at offer at the garden restaurant and the foie gras burgers, especially, had many takers. Ammu Saidi came in after a while and looked summery fresh in a crisp white shirt. Akash Arora gave us some interesting cricketing gyaan during the screening, while Satya Bagla took some friends to his showroom next door.
Cheer for the devils: “I am all for Team Delhi,” said Promila Bahri, flaunting the team’s flag. Vikram was heard saying, “Watching the match here in the open air is a different experience altogether”.
I predict: Dimpy Kapoor was confidently heard predicting that “no team will win three matches in a row. And I am sure that Delhi will lose today. I know it is all fixed.” When a guest asked how he knows this, he said with smile, “I can’t tell that, but you can see it yourself”. As the match ended with Delhi’s loss, we saw Nishi Singh making her entry. “I know I am late, but I still made it!” she said.
