Children perform on Tagore’s plays in Delhi

A play on Rabindra Nath Tagore’s story was staged at NGMA (National Gallery of Modern Art) recently. The play ‘Chhutti’ was organised in collaboration of the National School of Drama. The play was part of the three-day Children’s Theatre Festival.

As part of the festival, students of multiple schools performed on three plays - Ichhapoorti, chhutti and Azaadi ki udaan.Parents who attended the evenings said that it was a fantastic opportunity for their kids to not just experience theatre, but learn acting.
