Burman hosted a cultural evening in Delhi

VC Burman, president, Honorary Consular Corps Diplomatique, India, recently hosted a cultural evening and award ceremony of the first FICAC- South Asia Consular Conference organised by Honorary Consular Corps Diplomatique, India.
At the event, as much as 200 Honorary Consuls from around 50 countries demonstrated oneness towards the cause of peace and greater economic collaboration.The Consuls felt that international cooperation was the only way forward for most countries.
Medals of honour were awarded to the deserving Consuls from South Asian countries including Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata and Mumbai. A donation to UNICEF for the AIDS afflicted children was also announced at the do.
