Bonny Hazuria recently showcased her photographic art at a gallery in Delhi.
“I have captured special aspects of various places I have visited and then digitally painted them,” said the perceptive artist, who had a lot of fun doing this work. Bonny further explained, that she had incorporated various facets of her personality in her work, to bring a sophistication and spontaneity to her art of photography.
Painted Photographs: On one of the walls in the exhibition hall, hung some marvellously coloured-in portraits of Sushma Seth, Simar Dugal and Mamta Malhotra, amongst others.

Sushma Seth, who was looking graceful in an off-white sari, admired Bonny’s work and said, “She has captured feelings very accurately. I simply love her technique of merging expressions and philosophy.”
hues & colours: Her bold use of colour brought a lot of vibrance to the pieces. We met with Reynu Taandon at the event, who was seen making conversation with Mamta Malhotra, and said, “I loved her art.” Simar Dugal was delighted to see her photographs at the exhibition too. “Bonny did this in 10 minutes flat. I did a photo shoot with her 15 years ago and she said I could not say no for this one. I am happy now,” she said.
