Adding to the city’s already packed social diary, NGO Khushii brings Art Loot. It is a first of its kind charity endeavor, showcasing a range of artworks by some of the greatest names from the Indian art fraternity.The event will give art lovers an opportunity to take home some of the exquisite works of art worth significantly more than what they would pay for, simply by registering and submitting their names into the ‘Loot’.
A total of 53 artworks, each one of them stunning and a collector’s item. It comprises of canvases, drawings and sculptures created by masters. Leading contemporary artists such as Atul Dodiya, Anju Dodiya, Jogen Chowdhury, Paresh Maitey, George Martin, Arpita Singh, Anupam Sud, Nataraj Sharma, A Ramachandran and Chittrovanu Mazumdar, to name a few, shall be part of the ‘loot’.
As an initiative to increase its outreach, mobilise corporations and individuals, all under one body, Khushii, after six years of its inception, launched ‘World Action Forum’, initiating a movement to work together and walk together for India’s development. Funds raised from this ‘Loot’ would then be utilised for various social causes supported by Khushii.
