This one was for theatre, or ���the-at-re��� (as stand-up comedian Vir Das pronounced it). Theatre awards organised by Rajeev Dubey and Anand Mahindra saw the best of theatre artistes coming together to attend this do ��� Habib Tanvir, Girish Karnad, MK Raina, Lushin and Lillete Dubey, Bubbles Sabharwal, Neelam Mansingh, Dadi Pudumjee were all present.Mahabanoo Mody-Kotwal was the emcee for the award ceremony.
A BIT OF BOLLYWOOD:
Shabana Raza, who was introduced as Neha in her debut Kareeb, came to this party along with her hubby Manoj Bajpai. She said, ���I���m making a comeback in Alibaug.��� Designer Ritu Kumar came with her hubby Shashi. Anuradha Mahindra was there, as were Sharmila Tagore, Naresh Trehan, Anuradha and Rajiv Shukla, Sushma Seth and her daughter Divya, Ilina and Shovana and Herbert Traxl.

Madan Kulavil and Chandradasan were given the award for the best play for Karnnabharam and KM Chaitanya and Girish Karnad were awarded best directors for Bhikre Bimb, among other major awards.
