With an aim to explore the solutions to menace of acid attacks in India, acid attack survivors and social activists held a symposium on ‘Stop Acid Attacks’ in Delhi recently. Manthan Foundation and Chaanv Foundation organised the talk which saw acid attack survivors Ritu, Anshu Rajput and Bala Prajapati – who were also seen in the film

– reveal the struggles of being victimized.

Anshu Rajput, an acid attack survivor talked societal acceptance, "The society accepts those who commit this malicious crime but not us who are just the victims of it."
Founder of Manthan Foundation Sarita "Nirjhra" moderated the session while the founders of Chhanv foundation Alok Dixit and Ashish were also present at the event.
