A bright Sunday brunch
Sarita and JK Jain couldn’t have asked for a better weather to host a lunch for their friends.
So, when the sun came out, the guests too poured in to bask in its warmth. Rishabh, JK Jain’s son said, “It’s just a get together for friends.” His wife Divya and sister Shweta were seen attending to the guests. And we heard that between 800-1,000 people had been invited for the do.

Guests turned up with gifts, and since there was no occasion for which the do had been hosted, Sarita kept trying to refuse the goodies, but without much success!
POLITICAL PARTY: Many politicos turned up, including Sajjan Kumar and Abhay Chautala. Farooq Abdullah entered (with his signature Karakul hat in place) and went straight to the supari section. Shiv Bhatia turned up a little while later, followed by Amarinder Singh, who was accompanied by half a dozen people. The entry of Selja Kumari caused quite a flutter and throughout her presence at the do, she was surrounded by people.
KHANA KHAZANA: After the usual mwaahs and greetings, the guests either made a beeline for the two bars in the lawn or the food counters. Sandeep Marwah came with a friend and mingled with the guests, while Ajatshatru Singh came in towards the end and was spotted chatting with Abdullah. Jasbir Jassi was one of the first to come and he kept vanishing and appearing at regular intervals, though we could not find out why. Perhaps, it was to check out Dimpy Kapoor’s orange-coloured vintage car parked outside the venue, which many were talking about. Chetan Seth was one of the last to turn up.
