Water was the mainstay at every Holi this year. More than colour, some parties, like pool parties, had only water to soak in the Holi spirits.What made headlines were the private bashes. If a few booked poolside places to specially throw a party, many penthouses on the outskirts were witnessing a lot of halla gulla. They danced under artificial rain showers, they smeared colour in all its glory and they ate and drank like there is no tomorrow...after all, Holi hai!
