SP Balasubramanium entralled the audience at Swarabhishekam – a musical extravaganza at the Madras University in Chennai

Music enthusiasts thronged the Centenary Auditorium at the University of Madras last Saturday. The occasion was a musical evening with performances by well-known musicians from the industry. The list of singers, who mesmerised the audience with rendition of popular numbers, included SP Balasubramanium, Karthik and Geetha Madhuri. The audience were spotted humming to tunes and enjoying every song that the singers performed on the stage.A few from the audience even asked the singers for their favourite numbers and they happily obliged. Singers Kalpana and Charan, were also spotted among the audience enjoying the music. After the event got over, singers took time to meet each other and exchange pleasantries. They even posed for photographs. Most of them were dressed traditionally and looked classy and elegant in their attires.
