Potter mania in Chennai
It was a night that promised a lot of magic at Sathyam Cinemas. But, when it’s Harry Potter, it is all about the magic.
The premiere of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince saw a star-studded audience, making their way with family, friends and children to catch the action. Dressed casually, Chennai���s glitterati literally turned heads on the red carpet.
However, the movie got mixed responses from guests. While those who came with their kids carefully avoided being too critical of the movie, others openly discussed how the pace was too slow. Actor Simbu cut a cool picture in his shorts-and-stole outfit, while Gauthami, Subbulakshmi and Akshara were the epitome of casual-chic. Making a surprise entrance was actress Trisha who came in with best bud, designer Sidney.
But while the reactions were mixed, the magic didn���t seem to have waned one bit!
