Medai to host festival of stand up and music in Chennai

CHENNAI: Medai turns one and they are celebrating in style. Medai, a space for the arts in Alwarpet, Chennai, is celebrating its one-year anniversary with a whole host of events, some free and some ticketed.


The celebrations will kick off on October 27, with Baradwaj Rangan's "Live with BR", a Q&A session about cinema.

That’s followed by Apporva Krishna's "Intuition", a live concert with Aman Mahajan, Bruthuva Caleb, Sumesh Narayanan and Ramkumar Kanakarajan on October 28. The concert is free and open to all.

On October 29, Medai is hosting Karthik Kumar's "Aansplaining" stand up show. And finally, on October 30 is a stand up show by Jagan-Mervyn (Jagan Krishnan, Mervyn Rozz). Tickets are available on BookMyShow.
