It was fashionistas delight at the IOD's show

Think festive colours, scintillating lights and pulsating music and you'll have an idea of what it was like at IOD's 15th Annual Graduation Show.
When the lights dimmed, the audience was treated to a delight. The first of the series of dresses was designs ranging from casual, comfortable, yet stylish everyday wear, to glitzy, elegant evening wear and fabulous cocktail dresses.There were a few immensely elaborate dresses which captured the audience's imagination. Themes varied from simple to elaborate and some with social messages. A stunning display of animal print saris was refreshingly unique.
Sneha Nair and Manju Agarwal who were spotted at the event were thrilled by the innovative designs and bright, vibrant colors that reflected the mood of the evening. In a display that literally oozed style, flair and creativity, the graduates of the Institute of Design brought to stage a plethora of fabrics and patterns, a fusion of attitudes and ideas of the East and the West.
