A light and breezy affair

���I like to tell stories through my music,��� is how Jake Thomas started off, at a recent acoustic performance of his at the perfectly cosy Casa Piccola.
In a span of five months, this young talent caught the attention of the audience, and at the concert he enthralled everyone with his breathy John Mayeresque voice. The ambience at the rooftop of the restaurant was perfect for the performance, at least until it started raining! Jake sang each song with a lot of soul, and he explained the story behind the magical music.Rainsong, written for his girlfriend was easily the breeziest number, while Mr. Jones was lively and peppy, with some impromptu whistling and harmonica thrown in.
True to his voice, he sang the famous John Mayer number- Your Body Is a Wonderland which got the crowd swaying. It was a breezy evening with great music. The delicious eats and the light sodas just added to the overall charm!
