A French connection
When Jigyasa Giri met Elise an instant bond of friendship was built. To celebrate this special bond, Jigyasa brought together some of her closest friends at The Park.
Introducing Elise, Jigyasa said, "Three of the most important facets of life are women, food and drink. Elise has successfully brought these wonderful facets together, and that's what makes her very special."
An illustrator and artist, Elise has researched the history and origin of some of the most popular cocktails and depicted them artistically.
A book titled Elise et ses 28 cocktails with her illustrations was released in France. Although her book hasn't yet reached Indian shores, Elise has captured the hearts of many.
According to Elise, "Even the best cocktail could taste bad if shared with inappropriate company and over dry conversation." For her, cocktail, conversation and company are the three C's that make up a wonderful evening.
