Nirwana Square One presents IIFD - Indian Institute of Fashion & Design, Chandigarh Times Fashion Week powered by Senco Gold & Diamonds and Rock & Storm on September 16-17 at Radisson Red Chandigarh Mohali, on day 2 was a mélange of razzmatazz and lifestyle products. From formal menswear, svelte women’s cocktail dresses, to creative interweaving of India’s crafts with contemporary silhouettes, this day also displayed a stylish line of two-wheelers on stage.

Okinawa Autotech, who have recently launched a new range of eight exciting colours matching the young lifestyle, kicked off with a power packed display. This is in tandem with the brand’s commitment to delight customers with unparalleled electric scooter riding experience and greater personalization options.

Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Jhanjeri showcased student collections, Ziyana, and mirror work, inspired by Amber Fort and Jaipur. Said Prof (Dr) Neeraj Sharma, Executive Director - CGC Jhanjeri, “Students have been prepping for nine months for this show and displayed a fusion of Rajasthani art and modern influences.” Added Dr Vishal Sagar, Director, Chandigarh School of Business, a college of CGC, “The way our students are stepping up every year we are hopeful they will break all shackles and reach Milan, Italy soon.”


Raman Vij Designs presented a collection inspired by fusion elements from different cultures, styles, eras to create a harmonious blend. It combines the best of influences and merge them in a cohesive and innovative way. The designer draws inspiration from traditional craftsmanship, contemporary art, and global fashion trends. By fusing together these different elements, they create garments that are visually striking and culturally rich.



ADS by Damini Anand, presented by Barents Premium Pens, had models strutting the ramp in a collection coloured in lavender, teal and shades of midnight. Says Damini, “A festive collection, it is about stars, stardust, moonlight and how night transcends into beautiful day and vice versa. The colour story is inspired from the deeper sides of the sky."
