#IndependenceDay: Specially abled singer enthralls city

Shoppers and music enthusiasts came together to witness Sagar Kapoor, a specially abled singer who has overcome his disability with his ability on Saturday. Promoted by an NGO that empowers persons with disabilities, this event was held at a city mall as part of the Independence Day celebrations to celebrates the power of music and inclusivity.
Sagar is a singer with blindness, who is a proficient vocalist, who believes that the world could be a better place with the power of music.He mesmerised the audience with songs like Jahan Dal, Main Rahoon Ya Na Rahoon Bharat Ye Rehna Chahiye, O Desh Mere Teri Jan Pe Sadaqe, Vande Mataram AR Rahman, Yeh Desh Hai Veer Jawanon Kaon.
Sagar also performed various Bollywood and Patriotic songs including Hamma Hamma, Mitwa, Sochta Hoon Ki Woh Kitne Masoom Thay and Bollywood medley.Around 13 singers and bands with different disabilities are set to perform across the mall during this Independence week.
