A 10-day long mango food festival titled, Aam-A-Mia is being organized at a hotel in Chandigarh. Besides an elaborate menu stressing on mango-based delicacies, an array of beverages, starters and main course dishes have been put to add to the taste of food lovers. Mango lovers can indulge in mango mania with delicacies in various cuisines including Indian, Oriental, Chinese, bakery and Continental.
There are more than 31 dishes being kept at the festival. Also, decorations and customizations have been done at the restaurant based on the mango theme.
If there are mango-based drinks like Ambi Panna, Mango and Mint Lemonade, Mango Lassi and Mango Frappe, starters like Mango Paneer Tikka, Mango & Bell Pepper Chinese/Summer Rolls, Mango Chilli Cauliflower etc will certainly leave your palate tantalized. Managing director of CITCO Jitender Yadav said, “It is a unique festival with a full stress on this tropical fruit.” Chef Anoop and chef Gopal added, “Our mango food festival is full of mango-based cuisine.”
