Homage paid to Dr Pandit Mohan Lal

The Goswami Ganesh Dutta Sanatan Dharma College Sector 32- C Chandigarh organized Prarthana Sabha and memorial lecture to pay homage to its founder and former Home, Finance, and Education Minister of Punjab, Dr Pandit Mohan Lal on his twenty second death anniversary in its college premises today. As many as 57 volunteers donated blood on the occasion.

Dr Raj Bahadur while addressing the audience recalled the gallant contribution of Pandit Mohan in the significant departments of home, fianancé and education in Punjab. He also emphasized on the values emanating from Hindu Sanatan Dharma and its relevance in today’s society.
Dr. Raj Bahadur, dovetailed on the significance of ethics and values imparted by different religions. He highlighted ‘Dharma’ constituting the bedrock of ancient Indian society and widespread acceptance of non – material values being more virtuous than material pursuits.
