Fusion music echoes in Punjab Kala Bhawan, Chandigarh

Sham-e-Banaras, a classical fusion and gazal night was organized at Punjab Kala Bhawan, on Sunday evening, witnessed a regaling performance by musician of Banaras gharana. Lead vocalist of a band, Pandit SUkhdev Mishra played the violin, Anshuman Maharaj played sarod, Atul Shankar played the flute, Balram Mishra was on the tabla, Hemant Singh on keyboards while Sanjay Kumar took the drums.
Gyanesh Pathak rendered a gazal, enthralling guests. The evening also saw a harmonious fusion of classical and western music.
