hajur Mein Atka by Khela Natya Sansthan, Chandigarh, and directed by Namrata Sharma. The play was a colourful situational comedy with more than 250 shows in Mumbai during the 80’s. It has been freshly revived by Khela and staged at prestigious festivals. In the play, protagonist Shanti is fond of reading detective novels while her husband Naveen is an honest advocate but misfit in today's world.

On an eventful evening, a cheat impersonating himself as Naveen's friend, Talwar arrives in their humble home with an intention to steal some important documents. At the same time, a poor unemployed youth who has been mistaken by their neighbours as a burglar also enters their house. Ultimately, trail of confusion and mistaken identities is created, which makes this play funny.
