A Swachhta Dandi March marked the martyrdom day of Mahatma Gandhi in Chandigarh to motivate people to contribute to the country's cleanliness mission. Students dressed up as Mahatama Gandhi to carry forward his message of cleanliness and highlight the importance of clean air and solar energy. Nearly 250 students from various schools came out for a bicycle rally called 'Pumping the Pedals for Solar Chandigarh'.
