Young music talents awarded in city

As many as 80 budding musicians and singers were felicitated at a function in Jayadev Bhavan yesterday. Baidyanath Sangeet Mandir, a cultural organisation, which has been training kids and youngsters in music for the past two decades celebrated its 24^th Annual Day and awarded their students. They also performed on this occasion. Besides, several artistes performed Odissi dance at the event.Veteran musician Padma Shri Prafulla Kar was the guest of honour, who advised kids on how to approach music in life and also inspired young talents present at the event.
