Raja festival celebrated on a different note

, Hindi and English performed by various artistes on stage. Though

Raja festival

is over, since Friday, various organisations have been observing the

mahotsav

in the city auditoriums. Organised by a private firm, the event saw several young talents performing on stage. They sang folk and film songs to enthral the audience. The auditorium was packed to capacity as people had come to enjoy the music and cheer for the singers. “This was a different way of celebrating Raja mahotsav. We hummed some beautiful tunes and the audience was super excited. It was really fun to celebrate Raja on a different note in a city auditorium,” said Manorama Mukhi, a singer.
