Partha and Archita team up for new film

Actor Partha Sarathi Ray, who is known for his serious approach to acting, is playing the lead along with Archita Sahu for the first time in the film, Durgati Nashini. Informing us that they won’t be seen romancing in the flick, Partha said, “Archita plays the protagonist and I, the antagonist.”

He told us that it’s a crime thriller, but didn’t speak much about the plot of the film, which is being directed by

Raja D.

Partha shared a few pics from the shooting set with a caption that said he is enjoying it. “It was a hectic day, as the shoot went on for long hours and we had to visit two places around Bhubaneswar for filming. Despite the grueling schedule, the enthusiasm and friendly banter in between work, became fun,” said the actor. The actor had earlier shot for a short film post the lockdown, in which he lived the character for few days before the shoot to make it more authentic.
