2018 at Bhubaneshwar on March 19 at the Rabindra Mandap auditorium for excelling worldover as a solo

Odissi

dance artiste for the past two and a half decades. This award was started by Adi Guru of Odissi - Late Padmashree Guru Pankaj Charan Das and every year one outstandingOdissi dance soloist, who has a huge contribution to this dance in getting it national and international recognition, is given this award. Together with citation and felicitation, there was a cash award of Rs 50,000 . Guru Sarat Das, who is the director of Guru Pankaj Charan Odissi Research Foundation, a committee and a 10-member eminent jury decide the recipient of this award. Sanchita was handed over the award by eminent literary personality Subhas Pani and veteran Odissi dancer Minati Mishra, among others.
