Odia film based on true murder incident

A new Odia film, based on a true incident of a recent murder mystery in Bolangir district that rocked the country, is being made into a movie by producer Sridhar Martha. The maker of Yogi said acclaimed director Rajesh Touchriver, who has been a popular filmmaker in the south and has got several national and international awards would direct this flick named Bullet Raja.The story is based on the parcel bomb incident that killed a newly-wed software engineer on his wedding day along with his grandmother and injured his wife. The accused was found to be an English lecturer of the local college, who had professional rivalry with the groom’s mother and he was arrested after two months of intensive investigation by local police and later by the crime branch. Actor Manoj Mishra is playing a cop’s role while Hara Rath plays the lecturer’s character.
