Celebrities wished the countrymen on the occasion of the 74th Independence Day. The stars shared pictures and videos on social media wishing everyone.

Actor Babushaan Mohanty wished his fans by singing the patriotic song Mera Rang De Basanti Chola in a video uploaded on social media, while actress Archita Sahu shared her photographs of distributing ration in a slum. “Real Independence will come with proper education and education can’t be a priority with a hungry stomach (sic),” she wrote on her social media handle.

Actress Anu Choudhury hailed the freedom fighters on this occasion and urged people to honour every patriot without whom the freedom we enjoy wouldn’t have been possible. Actress Prakruti Mishra praised and celebrated the efforts of the Covid warriors. "I would like to thank and praise all the covid warriors- doctors, policemen and all on this occasion for their relentless service during this pandemic (sic),” said the National Award-winning actress.

Actress Bhoomika Dash also urged all to work for the country and start their efforts from home by keeping their own place and surroundings clean.
