Babus emerge winners in friendly football finale

A team of bureaucrats won a friendly football tournament held at Kalinga Stadium recently. The babus beat the team from Tata Steel in the final to bag the title. They had earlier beaten a team of politicians by 4-0 goals in a previous match to qualify for the finale. Media-XI was the fourth team of the tournament. The Friendship Cup Football Tournament has been held for the past 12 years at the Kalinga Stadium where these four teams take part.Chief secretary Aditya Padhi had inaugurated the tournament.
